If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we will put it right. This page explains how, and is honest about the one category we usually cannot take back.
The window
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Email info.quaapps@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of the item and its packaging — the photograph settles most cases immediately and saves you posting anything.
What we accept
- Items that arrived damaged or faulty.
- The wrong item, or a product that does not match what was ordered.
- Standard, non-customised stock returned unused and in its original packaging.
What we usually cannot accept
Customised and personalised products. A card printed with your name, or a standee carrying your logo and review link, cannot be resold to anyone else, so we cannot accept it back simply because you changed your mind. This is the main exception and we would rather state it plainly than bury it.
That limit does not apply if the fault is ours. If a customised item arrives damaged, or we printed it wrong, it is covered above and we will replace it.
We also cannot accept items returned after the 7-day window, or items damaged by use.
How a return works
- Email us with your order number and photographs.
- We confirm whether to return the item, and give you the address if so. Please do not post anything back before this — an unannounced parcel is hard to match to an order.
- Once we have it, or once the photographs are enough, we arrange the replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval. How quickly it then appears is up to your bank. Where the fault was ours, we cover return postage; otherwise it is yours.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel before a customised item goes into production — get in touch quickly and we will tell you whether it has started. Once printing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
