This policy explains what Quaapps collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Quaapps sells NFC business cards and QR review standees, and most of what we hold exists because you asked us to make or deliver something.
What we collect
- When you enquire. The name, email address, phone number and message you type into a contact or enquiry form, and which page you sent it from.
- When you order. Your delivery address, billing details and order contents, plus anything you supply for a customised product — a logo, a review link, the text printed on a card.
- When you hold an account. Your sign-in details, saved addresses and order history.
- Automatically. Standard server logs: IP address, browser, and the pages requested. We use these to keep the site working and to spot abuse.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to make and deliver your order, to provide support afterwards, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who else sees it
Only the parties needed to complete your order: our payment provider, our courier, and the email service that sends your notifications. Each receives the minimum required. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order records are kept as long as tax and company law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to close the account.
Cookies
The site sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. It does not set advertising cookies. Your browser can block cookies, though the cart and sign-in will stop working if you do.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info.quaapps@gmail.com and we will respond.
